Shipping Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

• UK Shipping (Free): We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, ensuring fast and reliable delivery with tracking information provided.

• International Shipping (£10 Flat Rate): We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked. A flat rate of £10 applies to all international orders. Delivery times may vary by destination.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

• How to Request a Return: Use our Contact Us page to request a return.

Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

• Change of Mind Returns:

You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all original packaging.

• Faulty Items: If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 14 days, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Please contact us first via our 'Contact Us' page to arrange the return. 

• Return Conditions:

We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, modified, or misused by the customer. All returns must be safely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

• Return Postage: For change of mind returns, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. For faulty items, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

🛡️ Important Notes

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. We aim to process your refund within 3 days of the item being received back. If you wish to exchange for a different item, then we will be happy to consider this option instead of a refund.

• We recommend using a tracked service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act.
